Q: How long does shipping take within Canada?
A: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in Canada takes 5–14 business days. Expedited shipping (1–4 days) is also available. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order leaves our studio.

Q: How long does shipping take to the US and internationally?
A: US standard shipping takes 2–15 business days. International shipping usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on the destination. Duties or taxes may apply for deliveries outside Canada.

Q: What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us at admin@zarinhome.ca. We’ll help replace the item or find a solution promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my items?
A: Yes! All items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original condition. Personalized or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email us at admin@zarinhome.ca and we’ll guide you. You’ll have 28 days to ship the item back once your request is approved.

Q: Are return shipping costs covered?
A: Shipping costs on the original order, including duties and taxes, are non-refundable. For international orders, prepaid return labels are not available at this time.

Q: Can I exchange my items?
A: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

A: Our collection includes premium-quality porcelain, and glass items, carefully crafted for durability and style.

Q: Can your tableware be used in the dishwasher or microwave?
A: Most items are dishwasher and microwave safe, but check individual product descriptions for special care instructions.

Q: Why do some pieces look slightly different in color or finish?
A: Each piece is handcrafted and fired three times at 1000 degrees Celsius, so subtle variations are natural and make your tableware unique.

Q: How can I prevent breakage?
A: Handle each piece with love and care, avoid sudden temperature changes, and store securely to prevent accidental damage.

Q: What is your porcelain tableware made of?
A: Our porcelain is crafted with a patented formula that blends elegance and strength. It is as lightweight and delicate as traditional bone china, yet sturdy and durable like hard porcelain. This unique balance makes our pieces refined enough for special occasions, but durable enough for everyday use.

Q: Is porcelain a healthy choice for tableware?
A: Yes — porcelain is considered the healthiest tableware material. Unlike other materials, it does not absorb flavours, odours, or bacteria, and it resists scratches even with daily use. All of our products are food-safe, lead-free, and non-toxic, meeting international health and safety standards. With porcelain, you can enjoy your meals knowing it’s as safe as it is beautiful.

Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is securely processed at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Email us at admin@zarinhome.ca promptly.

Q: Can I send my order as a gift?
A: Yes! Include a gift note at checkout. Gift wrapping is available upon request.
